This smoothie is a go to on weekend mornings. Because of the colour alone, it is my little princess’s favorite. It’s just a few ingredients, letting the taste of the berries really shine through.
- 2 cups almond milk
- half of a super ripe banana (preferably frozen)
- I cup of fresh of frozen blackberries
- I tsp hemp seeds
- chia seeds for garnish
Blend all ingredients in the blender and voila! Makes 2 servings, pour into mason jars and garnish with chia and hemp seeds.
